Successes of CBT and counselling
We have seen CBT used in organisations with great success to help employees cope with work-related stress and other issues impacting their ability to do their jobs. CBT focusses on the way we think about ourselves and the world around us and how our own actions affect our thoughts and feelings. Therapy sessions concentrate on current situations rather than past issues and may help conditions such as depression, obsessive compulsive disorder and anxiety.
Client feedback
Whilst all counselling and CBT sessions are entirely confidential, the client will receive updates on progress and any work-related issues if the employee has consented for relevant action to be taken by their employer.
